Without steam
  • steam generator without water.
  • inside infrared pipe burn out of steam generator.

  • unconnect with the control wire.

Without O3 system be damaged change the system
Water pump unworking
  • water pump without power.
  • air pipe which connect with switch of air valve.
  • be insected untightly.

  • water pump be burned.
  • check if the power of water pump get through.
  • to insect the air pipe tightly.
  • change the switch of air valve.
  • change the air pipes.
  • check if there are stems in the water pump,take apart those air pipes in order to get rid of stems.
  • change the water pump.
Volume under control
  • suction of water pump is not enough.
  • air adjustment valve working abnormal.
  • block of jets.
  • check the water pump if it is working normally.

Water pipe leaking
  • plastic seal ring be connected untightly.
  • screws unlock.
  • connection is glued not good.
  • water pipe be damaged.
  • change the plastic seal ring.
  • screws should be installed tightly.
  • get rid of the PVC glue then stick. the glue again till it is be well done.
  • change the water pipe.
Computer panel under control
  • power not be connected well,electronic leakage device without power.
  • switch of control panel out of control.
  • get through the power again.
  • change the computer panel.
Without lighting
  • bulb be burned.
  • without power.
  • switch of control panel out of control.
  • change bulb.
  • get through power gain.
  • maintain or change the computer panel.
Telephone connection unworking
  • telephone wire not connected well or be damaged.
  • telephone's device be blocked.
  • check the wires of telephone and electronic box if get through or not, if there is something wrong replace. by the similar wires.
  • get rid of mess.
Without sounds
  • speaker be broken.
  • without power.
  • switch of control panel out of control.
  • change the speaker.
  • get through power again.
  • maintain or change the computer panel.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
  • The daily maintenance of computerized steam room should be cleaned with ordinary detergent and wet cloth with toothpaste. Please do not use the detergent of disinfection which contains acetone or formaldehyde when operating disinfection.
  • If there are furring on the surface of bathtub, it can be take away try to wipe the bathtub with lemon juice or vinegar which be heated.
  • In order to avoid damaging the surface of products please do not use hardness and sharpness tool to curve the products.
  • Do not wipe the chrome plated spare parts all the time, and do not get in touch with chemical detergent etc. Otherwise the surface of chrome finish will be destroyed. The product should be clean by soft cloth other than coarse cloth.
  • To check the water pipe regularly in order to avoid troubles from crack of water pipes or blocked inside.
  • If there are something such as hair stuck inside the jets, then just to twist out the jets and remove it.
  • Suggest to add the filter of water quality in order to make sure the normal operate of products if the water quality is worse in the local area.
  • keep out from combustibles and goods which over 80'C to avoid fire disaster and damage the product.
  • Please let the professional to operate when the steam generator needs to be replaced.
  • If the bathtub has not been used for a long time, drain out water of the bathtub and keep it in a dry and ventilate environment. Avoid corrosive gas.
